Terms & Conditions

Including WASHLAB website or mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications, the user accepts and agrees to WASHLAB terms and conditions in full.

User Representations and Warrants

The user of WASHLAB service, represents and warrants to WASHLAB to maintain the security of the user ID, password and other personal information related to the user account; maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of all contents that the user receive, transmit through or store on the service; comply with the Terms & Conditions set forth herein; and comply with all applicable Kuwait laws, rules, regulations, contracts and applicable licenses regarding the user use of the services or WASHLAB website or mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications.   
The user additionally stand for and warrant to have the power, authority or consent to enter into and perform the user commitments under WASHLAB Terms & Conditions; all information provided by the user to WASHLAB, including Debit Card information, is truthful, accurate and complete; the user entitled to, or have the permission of the authorized holder of the Debit Card provided to WASHLAB, to pay any fees incurred from using WASHLAB services; the user have to  comply with all Terms & Conditions of this Agreement; the user have provided and will provide accurate and complete registration information, including, without limitation, user legal name, e-mail address, physical address and telephone number; and each time the user submit content (as defined herein) on WASHLAB website or through the mobile application or any other WASHLAB applications, the user own or otherwise control the rights or have the necessary consents to post such content and to enable inclusion and use of the content in the manner contemplated by WASHLAB website or mobile application or any other WASHLAB applications.  
WASHLAB reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The user agrees that each time the user use WASHLAB service shall be subject then to the current Terms & Condition, and continued use of the service now or following modifications in WASHLAB Terms & Condition means that the user have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by such modifications.  
The Terms & Conditions apply to WASHLAB website and its associated mobile applications and any other WASHLAB applications in any platform.

Service Description

WASHLAB is an online service for quality laundry service that involves pickup and delivery of garments through WASHLAB website or associated mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications. WASHLAB service offers the technology and logistics to make the user life easier and provide users access to such quality service and garment care, by offering first class laundry service wherever the users are, hassle free. As a user of WASHLAB service, the user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the addresses and personal information provided. WASHLAB might call the user to verify the identity, order details and address upon first order or at any time to guarantee the best service possible.

Orders Processing, Cancellations and Refund Policy

The user needs to register in WASHLAB website or mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications. Once the user registered and logged into WASHLAB service, the user need to select the desired / available pickup and delivery dates along with the desired / available time slots. Afterwards, the user needs to select / add his address, and then select the garments and type of service, or the user can simply selected “I want WASHLAB to assist me”, where WASHLAB will assist the user with placing the order at pickup time. The user will be then redirected to a page to review a summary of the order and confirm the payment method. The user agrees that there are some garments that might be priced by WASHLAB at the pickup or at the laundry.
In case of cancellation before pickups while using Debit Card, WASHLAB will refund the charged amount back to the user. The user acknowledges and agrees that no cancelations or modifications will be accepted after the pickup and no refund will be made in this case. WASHLAB reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, and will notify the user of any such cancellation and will refund any charged amount. Furthermore, WASHLAB reserve the right to reject servicing any garment and will refund the fee for such garment if it has been charged. The user acknowledges and agrees that no refund will be made in case WASHLAB was not able to remove all stains from the user garments.
In case any invoice variation resulted from misplaced orders by the user at the time of placing the order and when WASHLAB collects the order at pickup, WASHLAB will then refund any differences has been charged.

Garments Processing

In order to protect the user garments, WASHLAB follows the garments care instructions on each garment that WASHLAB process. WASHLAB accept no liability for garments that have missing or removed care Instructions. WASHLAB will check garments for any damages or potential for damage that could result by the laundering or dry-cleaning.   
If WASHLAB have any concerns regarding a garment or its condition, WASHLAB shall refrain from servicing such garment and return it to the user at no charge while the remaining garments of the order will be serviced. For minor issues, such as missing buttons, minor tears etc., WASHLAB will continue with the service for that particular garment.

Best Service Guaranteed

WASHLAB pride itself of offering the best service to its customers. As a result, WASHLAB will process every garment being accepted with the utmost care. This does not mean that WASHLAB can guarantee to remove every stain from every garment. 

Payments Processing

WASHLAB will collect the garments from the user doorsteps and return them back at the same location. WASHLAB offers online payments through Debit Cards and cash on pickup. The cash payments are due upon collection of garments at pickup, while payments made by Debit Card will be deducted upon placing the order. Once the payment has been processed, an electronic receipt will be sent to the user depending on the notification selected in WASHLAB website or mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications. Payments and history of the user orders can be found in the “Orders History” section in WASHLAB website or mobile applications or any other WASHLAB applications. 

Online Payments

WASHLAB currently accepts cash on pickup or online Debit Cards. The user understands and accepts that the user debit card will be debited when the user clicks on the 'Confirm Order' button. For Debit Cards, the user will be directed to the payment gateway to process the payment.

Misplaced Orders and Item Count

WASHLAB will check the user orders upon collection to make sure the item numbers selected in WASHLAB system matches the number collected from the user at pickup. In addition, WASHLAB will check that the items selected are correctly categorized with their associated prices. If the user misplaced or if the items does not match upon collections, then WASHLAB will update the user invoice and the user therefore agree, accept and allow any such additional payment upon collection.  
The user understands that in case of a discrepancy, it is more likely that the cause of a miscount is attributable to the user rather than WASHLAB given that WASHLAB has strict guidelines and each customer’s garments are placed in separate bag.  
WASHLAB also offer a service “I want WASHLAB assist me” where WASHLAB will enter the items in the system for the user hassle free.

Damaged Garments

WASHLAB follows strict guidelines to make sure the user garments serviced with the best care. WASHLAB takes pride of delivering first class service from and to the user doorsteps. Hence, WASHLAB exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments, Nevertheless, WASHLAB will not assume responsibility neither liability for existing weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in damages or development of holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. WASHLAB cannot guarantee against damage to weak and tender fabrics.  In case the damages were proofed to be WASHLAB fault, then WASHLAB liability with respect to any damaged garments shall not exceed 10 (Ten) times WASHLAB charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged garments must be reported and returned to WASHLAB for inspection within 3 (three) business days after the delivery date.  

Lost Garments

Any lost garments must be reported at delivery time. WASHLAB follows strict guidelines to track every item that WASHLAB process and will review all lost garments claims on a case by case basis. Any garments determined to have been lost by WASHLAB, it will be reimbursed at 10 (Ten) times WASHLAB charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. 

Pickup and Delivery Time

WASHLAB will collect garments from the user address depending on the selected date and time from WASHLAB system. WASHLAB standard delivery shall be 48 hours after pick-up excluding holidays or unforeseen circumstances.  

Items Left in User Garments

The user is responsible to check the garments for any items prior to collection. WASHLAB shall not be responsible for any items after pickup.

User Privacy

WASHLAB warrant that any information the user provide to WASHLAB will be held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which the user has not consented.
It is the user responsibility to provide WASHLAB with correct and up to date personal information to allow WASHLAB to better serve the user.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Settlement 

WASHLAB Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute in relation to WASHLAB terms and conditions shall be settled by the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
